Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc

Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Ability to organise assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc)

Familiarity with hr databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS

Proven work experience as a recruiter

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision making skills

Perform the duty of screening profiles as per client requirement; over the phone and in person consultation, both.

Schedule the meetings of clients for the further process rounds, either in office or requested place

Interact with hiring candidates and follow up in regards to their joining dates

Follow up with the candidates until they join the organization.

Develop Human Resource plans and strategies aligned to the organization’s strategic direction and business strategy. Also, provide tools and tactics to enhance execution of the respective strategies

Act as the conscience of employer with respect to internal issues.Advise management on implications of change for employees.

Look into all aspects related to salary, staff attendance, leaves, transfers, etc.Manage advance salary, ad hoc bonus, loans, final settlements, etc.

Maintain checks on confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management, exit-interviews, etc.

Take control over and bring to management’s notice the unethical issues or misleading communications, if any.
